Phase 1 scope
Read-only rules review
The app reads subreddit metadata and rules so drafts can be checked before any human decides what to do outside Reddit. The API is not used to submit posts, comments, votes, reports, messages, or moderation actions.
Local guardrails
Neon Lumen Studio runs a no-network local self-test before reviewer
packets are attached. The test confirms only identity and
read are requested, write endpoints are blocked by
default, and promotional link posting paths refuse to run.

Reviewer use case
Allowed
Verify the account owner, read public subreddit rules, and prepare internal compliance notes for owner review.
Not allowed
Publish to Reddit through the API, automate engagement, harvest traffic, target ads, train models on Reddit data, sell Reddit data, or bypass subreddit rules.
