These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Neon Lumen Studio ("Neon Lumen Studio," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, account-linking flows, and social workflow automation features. By using Neon Lumen Studio, you agree to these Terms.
Neon Lumen Studio provides creator workflow automation tools, account-linking flows, content preparation support, queueing support, reporting support, and related operational features for authorized users. Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving content and external platform actions before use.
You must be old enough to use online services and to authorize connected third-party accounts under applicable law and platform rules. You may not use Neon Lumen Studio if you are prohibited from doing so by law or platform terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, connected account permissions, and all activity that occurs under your account or authorized workflows. You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update it when necessary.
Neon Lumen Studio may integrate with third-party platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Google, Canva, and other services. Your use of each third-party platform remains governed by that platform's own terms, policies, and authorization requirements. We are not responsible for third-party platform availability, decisions, policy changes, or enforcement actions.
If you choose to connect TikTok, you will be redirected to TikTok's official
authorization flow. Neon Lumen Studio will only receive information allowed by
the scopes you approve. The current Login Kit flow uses
user.info.basic to identify and link the authenticated TikTok
account to your Neon Lumen Studio session.
You agree not to use Neon Lumen Studio to:
You are responsible for content, prompts, files, posts, account actions, and instructions you provide or approve through Neon Lumen Studio. We may provide workflow drafts, captions, scripts, or operational recommendations, but you are responsible for reviewing accuracy, legality, disclosures, and compliance before publishing or using them externally.
If you use Neon Lumen Studio for affiliate, sponsored, or promotional content, you are responsible for required disclosures, platform compliance, advertiser terms, and applicable laws, including advertising and endorsement rules.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created security risk, abused the service, violated platform policies, or used Neon Lumen Studio unlawfully.
Neon Lumen Studio is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, platform approval, publishing success, audience growth, revenue, conversions, or availability of third-party integrations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neon Lumen Studio and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, platform enforcement actions, or integration outages.
We may update Neon Lumen Studio and these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
